Architecture Studio was commissioned to provide full architectural services for the exterior rehabilitation of an existing multi-story building. The scope included replacing the roofing system, installing a new roof hatch and access ladder, façade repointing, and window replacement. Our team managed all phases of the project, from design and DOB filings to construction administration, with a focus on enhancing building performance, achieving full code compliance, and extending the structure’s lifespan through durable, energy-efficient improvements. In the project's next phase, Architecture Studio is designing and managing the renovation of the second-floor apartment. This includes developing architectural plans, coordinating the filing process, and oversight of construction to ensure a cohesive, compliant, and high-quality interior transformation.
