Architecture Studio was commissioned to design a major alteration to an existing one-story ranch, transforming it into a 13,000-square-foot luxury residence in one of Queens’ most exclusive communities. The project features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a large kitchen, a home theater, an elevator, a three-car garage, a swimming pool, and a wide array of high-end amenities.

The design reflects a bold, modern aesthetic enriched with eclectic and Art Deco influences. At the heart of the home is a grand bifurcated staircase, flanked by polished stone finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows that amplify light and symmetry. Throughout the interiors, vivid color palettes, sculptural lighting, and custom millwork create a theatrical yet refined atmosphere.

Expansive volumes, geometric forms, and careful spatial planning contribute to a residence that is as visually striking as it is functional. Energy efficiency, circulation, and long-term adaptability were key considerations in the design, resulting in a fully customized home that balances luxury, sustainability, and personal expression.
